Wuppertal, Germany

Stephan and the "FSJ-ler and BFD-ler" of the German red Cross did a Dispatch-action during their Seminar about art in public spaces. They decided to act up on the decay of Wuppertal by implanting the plastic patches on a wall. On the first photo you see a plaque commemorating the destruction of the Wuppertal Synagogue in 1938.
